You are experimental, constantly testing new channels and technologies to understand how to better connect with customers. You like to create something from nothing. The ideal candidate will be streaming industry savvy, passionate in the gaming space, have a deep understanding of marketing, and be a proactive planner who is constantly looking to push the envelope with innovative and fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative ways to drive growth, activation and community engagement.
• Prioritize constant improvement by testing data-driven hypotheses across all channels web, email, ads, content, social, community, product, etc.
• Drive learnings through analyzing performance and running experiments to gain quantitative actionable insights.
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of all campaigns with intent focus on driving conversion and activation on our platform.
• Stay abreast of current trends, live streaming trends, gaming industry, and tech innovations to drive engagement and growth.
