We are now on a scaling journey to grow from a single product company to a multi-product company, and this is where you come in.

Product Owner (Web)

We have several new games in development and need to make sure that our web platform, capabilities and best practices continue to scale with us to deliver our games and services to players. This is an exciting new growth area for us, so we are looking for someone who most likely has led the way on a similar journey and can help guide us. What talents do we need in order to build and optimize this new platform? What can third-party providers help us with? What is our long-term roadmap? We believe that the profile we are looking for holds the answers to these questions.

In the role of Product Owner for Web, you will be responsible for driving and building out the web as a platform strategy, best practices and capabilities for the company. You will communicate with stakeholders, identify the needs, and find the best approach to delivery.

Together with stakeholders, you will define the vision and strategy for how our games and services are delivered to our players through the web channel. You will be responsible for managing the team's priorities on a daily basis and work with them to determine workflows that lead to delivery. You will work cross-functionally in order to understand the customer and business needs, evaluate business cases and 3rd party tools/apps, and participate in finding and hiring the talent needed to drive the web platform priorities and goals.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous product management experience creating web platforms.
  • Understands the AEM funnel (acquisition, engagement and monetisation) and has previously made a positive impact in acquisition, engagement and monetisation through iteration of the web channel.
  • Is enthusiastic about building something new to achieve outcomes collaboratively, and has a deep understanding of web fundamentals and principles, including SEO, design systems, experimentation, CMS, information architecture, web analytics.
  • Has experience working with tools, apps and data that supports the AEM funnel in a compliant way, such as consent management, Google Analytics, CRM system, campaign tracking.
  • Has strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive solid product discovery to problem-solve and prioritize user-centric initiatives that support company goals.
  • Has strong business and analytical acumen.
