We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join the Square Enix Mobile team! Based in London, the team are responsible for producing titles in conjunction with external development partners based on Square Enix’s hit franchises as well as external IP.

The successful candidate will oversee the product and analytics disciplines across a portfolio of games being published by the London studio. Driving our KPI strategy, the ideal candidate will be defining game MVPs and championing a ‘product-first approach’ in a people-first environment, making a great team even better.

Requirements

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage the product management and analytics functions
  • Feature set roadmap & go to market plan product support (SL, WL and ongoing)
  • LiveOps Calendar, offers design, events framework & high level balancing, rewards and player progression
  • KPI management, monitoring and optimisation
  • Monetization streams definition: IAPs, subscriptions, ads etc.
  • Define user testing strategy
  • Features validation (includes features and system designs, balancing & economy, player progression, unlocks, rewards and so on)
  • Content strategy & release plans
  • A/B testing strategy and pipeline
  • Track game KPIs
  • Define data hook strategy
  • Support design on balancing, events, monetization
  • Proactively drive improvements to games based on analytics
  • Ensure we’re always focused on putting the player first

Product & Live Ops Director, Director of Mobile Publishing, Brand Director, Creative Director, Tech Director

Knowledge & Experience:

Essential:

  • Overseen product and live ops aspects of multiple mobile games from concept through to global launch and several years beyond
  • Strategic leader in free-to-play market
  • Experienced in balancing KPI-driven roadmaps with creative innovation
  • Deep knowledge of the casual and midcore markets
  • Skilled manager with a servant-leadership style

Desirable:

  • Experienced with tools such as Segment, DeltaDNA and Singular and other 3rd party tools covering analytics, ad mediation and in-app marketing Familiar with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence)
