RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the day to day operations of the Splyce Vipers.
Maintain an internal database of all player records, keep up-to-date on all player necessities
Create reports to the performance division
Organize out of game team building activities
Manage the teams schedule in collaboration with the coaches to ensure optimal on-stage performance
In tandem with company logistics managers, help manage logistics like traveling to events / boot camp etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English, Spanish and/or German are a bonus.
Highly organized with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects at once
A passion for League of Legends esports
The ability to work independently
Good time management
Comfortable with some travel, which may include some weekend events.
A positive and mature mindset. We are looking for someone who takes a proactive approach and doesn’t always wait to be assigned tasks.
