The role

Assistant Producers work closely with our Producers in ensuring the timely, high quality delivery of our projects or their components. Assistant Producers are responsible for assigned tasks related to game development, including such possibilities as running agile teams and owning production processes, preparing project related documentation, coordinating with external vendors creating project assets, evaluating project deliverables and providing feedback to the Producer.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication with internal developers on key production aspects as determined by the Lead Producer.
  • Assist with tracking progress against milestone submissions and sprint goals.
  • Assist with planning sprints and run agile teams.
  • Track the delivery of assets by external vendors.
  • Maintain aspects of the project roadmap.
  • Coordinate QA and Usability Testing.
  • Other duties as needed.

You have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with production tools and multimedia software
