  • Processing complicated requests, network, hardware and specific software troubleshooting;

  • Workspace preparation;

  • Setup workspace environment – software, game engine etc.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in hardware (must know how to build a PC from available components, troubleshoot hardware problems, perform diagnostics and stress tests )

  • Basic knowledge in network (networking and network diagnostics tools)

  • Knowledge in software troubleshooting (read and understand logs and error codes);

  • Experience in Windows installation and troubleshooting;

  • Experience in IT support 1+ year;

  • Pre-intermediate English skills.
