Requirements
Knowledge in hardware (must know how to build a PC from available components, troubleshoot hardware problems, perform diagnostics and stress tests )
Basic knowledge in network (networking and network diagnostics tools)
Knowledge in software troubleshooting (read and understand logs and error codes);
Experience in Windows installation and troubleshooting;
Experience in IT support 1+ year;
Pre-intermediate English skills.
