Responsibilities
The primary role of the IT Site Manager is to arrange IT support and development services for a set of studios across a country
Manages local team of service engineers (Helpdesk) and IT Generalists/Sysadmins
Mentors and cultivates engineers, setting high standards and behavioral examples to them
Works in close contact with the internal business customer (Studio Head). Establishing and supporting high level of trust relations with the internal clients and PMO/production teams
Collaborates with other IT Site Managers and IT Development Team
Collaborates with Keywords Security Team to ensure implementation of necessary security controls on site and remediation of vulnerabilities and security risks.
Responsible for IT service level across the studios within country
Defines IT performance metrics for appropriate site
Measures, evaluates and reports the performance of local IT teams
Arranges asset management and IT tools delivery for employees
Contributes to the company’s on-going process improvement
Participates directly in the hiring for IT Team
Creation of regular reports to IT and Studio Management
Requirements
At least five (5) years experience in IT area (customer support + infrastructure management)
Manager/team lead experience or relevant education
Good knowledge of ITIL metrics
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in business-level English
