We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Administrator and Generalist to work with the HR Director to align our HR initiatives and tasks with business objectives and needs.

The HR Administrator & Generalist will support our Human Resources department acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners in our Studio in Serbia, Belgrade.


  • Support employees with the immigration processes and documents (Visa, working permit etc.)

  • Onboard and integrate new employees into the Studio according to local rules and policies

  • Organize and maintain personnel records

  • Update databases (e.g. Netsuite)

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

  • Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance

  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

  • Provide the relevant employee information to the external payroll partner (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

  • Participate in HR projects

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Technical Skills

  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, or another relevant degree

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience as as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in a multinational company

  • Advanced knowledge of local labor law

  • Strong knowledge of immigration law (visa and working permits)

  • Excellent English both written and verbal

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel in particular)

  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
