About Us

Sparkd Studios is a production studio based in Los Angeles, California, that specializes in content creation and ideation specifically for Esports. We have worked with multiple teams and organizations for photo shoots, event coverage, content series and creative staffing. Among some of them: Faze, Gfuel, Epsilon, Splyce, Ghost Gaming, and EGL. We also specialize in Talent hunting and staffing, facilitating the connection of our talented contractors with teams and clients in need of these services.

We are extremely friendly, take a leap of faith with us! Even if the description looks scary. We are a bunch of underdogs hustling.

Responsibilities

• Helping plan and implement projects
• Helping coordinate deliverables with clients and talent (Our creative contractors: Photographers/Videographers)
• Helping define tasks for the contractors and help coordinate resources for them to complete assignments.
• Helping manage communication with the client when necessary.
• Create schedule and project timelines
• Track deliverables
• Helping coordinate feedback from clients after projects are completed.

Education & Experience

• MUST be enrolled in school! This is an internship for credit, you are guaranteed to work directly in the industry, with real clients in Esports, and learning from current project managers in the studio that have been doing the job since the beginning. You will also have direct access to knowing when new positions are available, we give priority to in-house candidates.
• Knowledge of google docs and google drive
• Good communication skills
• Good management skills
• Good under pressure
• Not scared to ask questions and learn!
• Proficiency in project management software tools OR readiness to learn new tools. E.g. Airtable.
• Conflict resolution experience always welcome
• Work well in teams! We need new teammates! :D
