Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for a Operations Manager to join our team.
Your quest / mission will involve:
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors etc.
- Ensure operations are carried on in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Streamline processes and initiate best practices.
- Coordinate with different teams to foster the exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
Your skills build & XP / To join our Guild you’ll need:
- A high level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language!)
- 4+ Years of proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Having prior gaming experience is a plus.
