As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with stakeholders inside the studio and Activision as well as external partners to ensure the very best game is produced on-time and within budget. You will be the driver behind industry-leading visuals, performances, and storytelling for blockbuster games. By managing content timelines, external relationships, and coordinating among internal teams, the Senior Producer will be at the front lines of getting quality content in our game.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is developed on time, in budget, and on quality.
  • Drive the production of game cinematics and content from concept to completion, often on multiple game cinematic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Understand and communicate project milestones, task deadlines, and stakeholder feedback to team members across the studio.
  • Predict, identify and propose solutions for project risks and issues
  • Being a part of the team – working with the teams to overcome complex problems, improve product quality and stay on track
  • Managing Associate Producers, Leads and/or Production Coordinators with a focus on development, mentorship and long-term career growth

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working in the game industry.
  • At least one shipped title from preproduction to launch.
  • Comprehensive understanding of game development, from concept to submission and sustained development post launch.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles.
  • The ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas and concepts using outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, coordinate, communicate and support other team members.
  • Creative, motivated, focused, passionate, results-oriented.
  • Strong passion for games

Extra Points:

  • Experience in game cinematics production.
  • Deep knowledge of cinematic content production pipeline.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendors.
