Your Mission

We have an industry leading development team and a studio culture built to promote and support extraordinary game developers. We are actively recruiting for an Expert Multiplayer Systems Designer to join our Call of Duty development team. If you love crafting fun new multiplayer experiences and have a desire to work on the most successful FPS franchise in the history of video games.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Ownership

  • Own a chunk of multiplayer and core game systems for the game

  • Direct efforts of a multidisciplinary pod

Communicate

  • Work across teams to ensure goals get completed to design and on time.

  • Actively debate design concepts, systems and mechanics with the design team.

Implement

  • Implement designs and concepts using in-house tools within time frames provided.

  • Push for quality of presentation and gameplay.

Iterate

  • Constantly iterate on game mechanics and game systems to find the fun based on user feedback, analytics and design goals.

Polish

  • Refine gameplay above and beyond expectations to execution excellence.

Player Profile

  • 7+ years of experience designing games

  • 5+ years of programming/scripting experience - C++, C#, Lua or other languages.

  • 3+ years of experience on multiplayer competitive games
