What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a data-driven and people-oriented Senior Finance Analytics Associate, who will serve as the primary Anaplan administrator for our company. As an Anaplan administrator, you will assist in the implementation and become the main owner of the tool. You will also provide financial and analytics support for the corporate and embedded FP&A teams. The ideal candidate for this role has been an active Anaplan Level-2 Builder and has had experience working in Business Intelligence.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist the implementation of Anaplan and cross-training team members across the organization
  • Become the primary Anaplan administrator after the implementation
  • Build/Develop and maintain business models in Anaplan (workforce planning, SG&A, LRP, Reporting, etc)
  • Create financial reporting for business units to help guide future performance, including key performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional financial and analytics support for the corporate and embedded FP&A teams

Your Skillz:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferably Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or similar fields
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Minimum Anaplan Level-2 Builder/Model Certificate
  • Anaplan implementation experience
  • 2+ years of active Anaplan builder experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Finance and Business Intelligence
  • Intermediate SQL / Database experience
  • Intermediate dashboard building experience
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology company preferred
  • “Can do” attitude and team player
  • Highly analytical
  • Detail and action-oriented
