About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to support players and server owners worldwide through fast, friendly, and reliable service.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the potential for renewal based on business needs.

You’ll manage customer tickets for technical issues, billing, cancellations, and general enquiries—keeping players online and happy. You’ll be the connection between our users and our tech, ensuring every interaction is clear, accurate, and helpful.

Location: Remote

Salary depends on experience and technical proficiency in game server management.

Core Skills

  • Excellent written communication—clear, friendly, and professional.

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical reasoning skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently.

  • Solid understanding of game server environments and hosting fundamentals.

  • Customer-first mindset—proactive, patient, and solution-driven.


Bonus XP

  • Experience using WHMCS or similar ticket/billing platforms.

  • Background in game server hosting, customer support, or the gaming industry.

  • Familiarity with FTP, server configuration, or mod/plugin installation.


Experience

  • 1–2 years in customer or technical support or equivalent hands-on experience managing servers or supporting players.
