Position Overview

The Project Coordinator plays an important support role in the Digital Business team, primarily in assisting with the curation of our digital storefronts. You will be expected to learn about digital business, maintain best practice policies for each platform, and suggest improvements, all whilst using the backends of our digital storefronts. You will ensure that all of our product launches are as smooth as possible by managing the collation and implementation of copy and assets whilst working to strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Procuring assets from relative sources i.e. creative services and/or brand managers etc.
  • Properly archive assets on the Aspera platform for posterity.
  • Assisting the team with adhoc tasks incoming tasks assigned by the team.
  • Routinely engage in store page sweeps, to ensure that the work conducted in the backend is reflected in the frontend.

Essential

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for video games, the industry and trends, with working knowledge of the Steam platform and other digital storefronts
  • Familiarity with basic PC software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Interest in current gaming trends, especially on PC.
  • Strong organisational skills and good time management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to self-motivate and work using your own initiative.

Advantageous

  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop
