The Compensation Analyst is a newly created role that will play a key part in supporting the Senior Manager, Group Total Reward in embedding the reward function within SEGA and its studios. You’ll directly influence the development of our reward strategies by providing data-driven insights and analysis, ensuring we remain competitive and equitable.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular benchmarking exercises for new hires, job changes and the annual salary review process
Participate in annual compensation surveys, ensuring accuracy in job and level matches
Review, analyse and report on internal and external compensation data to inform the business of market changes and trends
Conduct regular reviews of the SEGA salary ranges to ensure alignment with market data
Support with the ongoing development of the newly introduced SEGA Job Architecture/levelling framework, such as building out job descriptions and competency frameworks
Collaborate with the HR Business Partnering teams to ensure accurate job categorisation and salary positioning of our employees
Analyse internal salary data to ensure internal equity and compliance with equal pay
Support in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes
Maintain compensation data within the HRIS (Workday), including upkeep of data such as salary ranges and job profiles, as well as performing audits and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy in reporting
Assist in the implementation and compliance with upcoming EU Pay Transparency directives
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, including Gender Pay Gap reporting, to ensure regulatory compliance and provide valuable management insights
Support with ad-hoc projects
Work alongside the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in delivering employee benefits
