You will be a valued member of our world-class Partnerships team; identifying opportunities and managing strategic partnership opportunities. This high impact role requires an astute individual with the ability to evaluate both tangible and intangible aspects of potential partnerships.

Our Partnerships team is involved in working with our key global partners such as: HBO (for its Game of Thrones series), Warner Bros and DC (Batman and Harley Quinn) as well as Blizzard (Overwatch); championship-winning esports teams such as OG, G2 Esports, T1, Cloud9 and Team Secret; and the world’s most premier esports tournaments such as the Riot Games’ global tournaments including the League of Legends World Championships, Dota 2’s The International, Valve’s official Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Majors.

Your key responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Support the company's partnerships initiatives
  • Identify potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities
  • Maintain and manage existing partnerships
  • Structure and negotiate terms on partnership agreements
  • Define performance metrics and track deliverables for internal/ external reporting
  • Find creative and unique ways to generate partnership content campaigns to be supplied to our Marketing Communications and Visuals team.
  • Stay up to date with the fast-paced esports world

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations or a relevant field
  • 1 year’s experience in a similar position is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong internship experiences may be considered.
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, the gaming & e-sports industries
  • Intrapreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile, initiative and result orientated.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Effective presentation and preparation of decks (Google Slides, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Able to work independently with initiative, strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
