Scopely’s SEA office is searching for an experienced, creative, hard-working Manager level Marketer who has a passion for gaming and ample experience in mobile content services. This role will be expected to interact with Scopely production, publishing and analytics team members around the world, as well as Asia based ad and creative agencies.

Location & Reporting Line:

This position will be based in Scopely’s new office in Singapore. The Marketing Manager will report to the General Manager of SEA with dotted lines into Marketing Group leadership located in WW Scopely offices including the Culver City, Los Angeles Headquarters.

What you will do:

This role will lead the planning, development, and execution of customer acquisition marketing strategies for Scopely's game franchises to drive profitable growth in the key markets in SEA. In coordination and collaboration with overseas colleagues as well as local media agencies, you will own local acquisition performance while leading strategic experimentation on all key current and potential user acquisition channels.

  • Own a comprehensive understanding of the business environment in the SEA markets for Marketing Strategies, Brand Marketing Campaigns, and various mobile game related growth marketing programs to achieve Target Growth of multiple Scopely games as per Plan
  • Develop strategic, sustained user acquisition campaigns, driving continued high-quality volume to Scopely games
  • Drive relentless culture of experimentation on all key existing UA channels while also ideating and establishing new user acquisition funnels for Scopely’s portfolio of games
  • Bring leading analysis and insight to acquisition funnel measurement, including helping to define & set goals for key performance indicators on each game, and working with Analytics on implementing improved Business Intelligence.
  • Own cross-functional and executive communication & strategy setting on user acquisition plans, working in conjunction with Product, Finance, Creative, Data Science & Engineering
  • Help shape the development of technical tools designed to enhance and streamline UA operations and analysis
  • Drive forward unique ad creative ideation and testing, working closely with Production & Marketing key stake holders
  • Work with multiple local and/or foreign marketing agencies

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing strategies for mobile games
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing and acquisition budgets both large (multi-million) and small (several hundred thousand dollars)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive major incremental volume & returns from creative development, creative testing & creative iteration
  • A balance of data-driven, analytical skills with demonstrated creative campaign wins
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Thai is a plus
  • Strong understanding of fast paced gaming industry and game user trends
