As a Growth PM you are responsible for contributing to a player-centric product strategy that drives healthy and sustainable active player growth. Our mission is to make experiences that our players love, and keep coming back to time and time again. You will focus on product improvements within our games that add value to our players, engage with our Player Experience functions to better understand our players, and be their voice day to day in the studio. You will work with multiple disciplines in our Growth and Product teams including User Acquisition, Marketing, and Partnerships as well as working closely with the Roadmap and Live Operations teams to ensure we are optimizing for sustainable growth, driving KPIs of higher engagement and retention, and working to innovate on bringing new audiences into our game.

You will come from a strategy or analytical background, demonstrate a history of both conceiving and executing on complex projects, and have a strong sense of intellectual curiosity. You should have a natural analytical drive to assess and deliver on KPIs, with a bias to experiment constantly, and identify distinct features that can improve consumer interest and engagement in a competitive market. Being highly collaborative, and being able to influence across many disciplines is a must. You will report directly to the Head of Growth.

What you will do:

  • Own and deliver acquisition, retention, and reactivation KPIs, and drive player lifecycle management leading to the long term sustainable growth of our player base
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and Directors to influence how we live operate our games, and identify new features and events that will improve our players’ experiences as well as drive player recruitment
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, data, research and other PMs on developing new growth oriented features/specs and driving execution.
  • Analyze feature/experiment results and turn them into actionable insights. Communicate learnings to the team, executives, and the company.
  • Develop roadmap for continuous improvement through live operations, feature optimizations, and tool development.
  • Partner in developing the audience acquisition strategy and assist in managing the cross-functional team responsible for product marketing, user acquisition, and platform partnerships
  • Develop strategy for retargeting and reengagement by ideating, implementing and analyzing paid, push and email marketing campaigns.
  • Carry an obsession for our players, being their voice in the Studio; own strategy for in game player feedback via ratings and reviews and create actionable recommendations
  • Work with community management, customer support, and VIP to ensure that player sentiment and consumer needs are appropriately considered and prioritized in roadmap and performance strategy discussions
  • Partner with licensors (where relevant) to develop growth-oriented campaigns and content that our players will love

What you will need:

  • Immense appetite for learning, and a passion for mobile entertainment / gaming
  • Desire to own projects and initiatives from conception to execution to analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to changing business needs
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a strategy or analysis function (product management, product marketing, finance, consulting, business development)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
