Scopely is seeking an Executive Producer for our platform capable of powering delightful experiences for our players worldwide. As Executive Producer, you will own the execution of the product through the development cycle, from pre-production to global launch. This is a leadership role with the responsibility to create the leading platform for F2P experiences.

In this role, you will need to become a pragmatic problem solver, who is comfortable both leading high performance teams as well as being hands-on when necessary. Equipped with your empathetic leadership, you will work with all business stakeholders of our platform in managing the product through the various development cycles.

This role reports directly to SVP Platform.

What you will do:

  • Drive execution of the development team to build the leading F2p Platform that will enable game studios around the globe to delight and engage players.
  • Manage the teams day-to-day processes and activities while maintaining close communication with developers to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives and quality standards.
  • Partner closely with the General Managers of each of our titles to deliver on short and long terms development objectives.
  • Translate short and long term development objectives into a clear plan.
  • Solve complex problems pragmatically.
  • Focus on risk assessment, define mitigation plans that deliver on great outcomes for the product.

What you will need:

  • 8+ years of managing cross functional teams.
  • Amazing team leadership experience, inspiring high performing teams.
  • Be a great team player.
  • Pragmatic, yet great problem solver.
  • Feel comfortable with tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of project management, software development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to motivate your teammates and influence without authority.
  • Understanding of KPIs, and data-informed decision making.
