What you will do:

  • In partnership with the Global Total Rewards Team, create and lead the Total Rewards strategy in Europe;
  • Oversees the administration of base and company bonus compensation plans including People Review (semi-annual salary planning), and salary structures for our European locations in Barcelona,Sevilla, Dublin and London;
  • Oversees the delivery of compensation analysis in partnership with Global Total Rewards team, providing insight on trends and total compensation packages to drive retention and attract key talent;
  • Partners with local country leaders and People Business Partners to guide managers through
  • promotion, base pay and career path recommendations from their people;
  • Reviews compensation practices and makes recommendations to establish a local country compliant framework and consistent approach.
  • Partners with Global Total Reward team to keep job catalog current and relevant and reinforcing guidelines to ensure maintenance of classifications and structure;
  • Oversees team to ensure the seamless day-to-day execution of local country benefit plans.
  • Proactively manages plan changes and understand cost impact;
  • Partners with Global Total Rewards Team to complete compensation surveys and benchmarking;
  • Leads the creation, documentation, and implementation of our local country policies, programs, and processes;
  • Presents communications and trainings to Scopeleans regarding benefits and compensation
  • programs;
  • Primary point of escalation for total rewards issue resolution and problem solving in consultation with People Business Partners.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Total Rewards with 5+ years management experience.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging local country employment laws preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partner with leaders, managers and people across the
  • organization.
  • Have great attention to detail and be able to work confidentially and install confidence in those you are working with.
  • Deliver creative total rewards solutions, using data-based decision making and insights
