Scopely is looking for an experienced Director of Creative Operations for our Scopely Marketing Creative Agency to drive and scale up our full internal ecosystem of tools, reporting systems and financial tracking for our output of thousands of creatives every year.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Engineers and Analytics, the Creative Services Project Managers, as well as Growth and User Acquisition teams, to build tools, reports and processes that will help increase our agency productivity and ROI of the most impactful ads in the industry.

You will be a key player in transforming an agency that has grown organically over the past years to a highly competitive and agile organization. As such, you need to be a strong communicator, with an analytical mindset and a strong experience implementing tools and processes into large scale organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Creative Services Management team to streamline our department’s processes, tools, our Digital Asset Management system and our operating workflows.
  • Help identify inefficiencies in our operating processes and tools ecosystem and provide long term solutions to further drive operational excellence
  • Drive our department KPIs dashboard implementation and conduct quantitative analyses of data to provide key insights into our Creative Agency performance
  • Continue building and maintain automated processes that will bring higher productivity to the creative department
  • Collaborating with multiple departments across the organization (Marketing Operations, UA Platforms, Growth) to work toward the same company goals.
  • Build a roadmap of scalable solutions and drive engineers implementation of those solutions
  • Liaise with superior to set strategic goals and build your Operations roadmap
  • Leverage your collaborators and stakeholders feedback to inform the roadmap and future solutions.
  • Manage department operating costs, billing processes and tools and build recommendations for higher efficiency or profitability
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Use competitive market research to identify future opportunities and best practices

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Director of Operations, Director of Platforms or equivalent positions in Gaming, Advertising Agencies, Marketing or Publishing departments
  • Proven experience in department tools/product implementation and experience working with Engineers
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools and Dashboards
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
  • Passionate about mobile games and video games - related background / experience is a plus.
