Scopely is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 2 days a week from the hub.

What You Will DoÂ
As a Compensation Specialist, you’ll support the design and administration of our global compensation programs and conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis, administer annual and merit cycles, and translate complex data into insights for senior leadership.
You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), talent acquisition and business leaders, ensuring our pay practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with Scopely’s fast‑paced, innovative culture. This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of compensation experience who loves working with numbers, is skilled in storytelling with data, and thrives in a global, innovative environment.
