Position Summary
As our Global Expansion UA Manager, you will help lead and drive new UA installs from non-US countries based on performance analysis and results-focused thinking. You will act as a strategic and creative catalyst, able to inspire colleagues with brilliant thinking and strategically led ideas that will translate to world-class campaign execution for UA and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute UA strategies to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth for SciPlay's games in international markets.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, ad networks, search, and other acquisition channels.
Collaborate with creative teams to design and test various ad creatives and promotional materials tailored for different regions to improve performance.
Collaborate with different game teams to identify opportunities and plan localization offers for these markets.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPI targets.
Identify new user acquisition opportunities, trends, and industry best practices in global markets to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide recommendations for new traffic sources and types, including strategies for profitably scaling new channels in non-US markets.
Manage relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies to leverage their expertise and expand our UA efforts internationally.
Provide regular reports and presentations on UA performance and insights to stakeholders and management, focusing on global market trends and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mobile gaming and digital marketing, especially in international markets, to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience (+2 years) in user acquisition and mobile marketing for gaming or mobile app industries, focusing on international markets.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and user acquisition best practices.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau and interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
Proficiency in using mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and ad networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends.
Strong analytical mind.
