As a member of the HR function and TA team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator who has the ambition to develop TA for the future, ensure our hiring processes are faster & better and contribute to the candidate experience.

This is a junior level role given you have prior experience in talent acquisition and a general understanding of how recruiting works. You will work alongside a diverse group of TA professionals who deeply care about the candidate experience and strive to be the best at getting better. You will interact with Rovians and candidates from across the globe, gain visibility into all parts of our global recruitment process and have end-to-end ownership of internship recruiting. We also encourage working on projects that align with your skills & interests so you can further grow your career in the TA field.

The TA team is distributed in two locations, Finland and Sweden, working in hybrid mode. While the majority of the time can be spent working from home, the person hired will be expected to work onsite depending on the task at hand (e.g. onboarding, meet-and-greets with candidates).

The position is a one year, fixed-term employment (parental leave substitution) preferably starting in June with a possibility of extension. The salary range is between 2900 - 3350 EUR / monthly + benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our job boards, job posting templates and job listings including activities such as troubleshooting when issues arise and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of our job boards
  • Manage all things related to our ATS including tasks such as keeping email templates & contracts stored in the system up-to-date and serving as the main POC with the provider
  • Oversee internship recruitment to build a pipeline of junior talent
  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews
  • Participate in and/or own projects that contribute to the continuous development of TA
  • Provide other miscellaneous support in Talent Acquisition and Mobility

Who we think will do great in this role has:

  • General understanding of how recruiting works (e.g. the process, stakeholders)
  • Familiarity with different recruiting software (ATS, job boards)
  • Drive to navigate through ambiguity, anticipate the unknowns, follow-through and continue to learn in a fast paced environment, especially when there might not be a clear idea of the what and how
  • Collaboration and communication skills to interface various stakeholders (e.g. TA team members, hiring managers, candidates, Legal)
  • Attention to detail to catch all the moving pieces throughout the recruitment process such as interview scheduling and data-entry
  • Prioritization skills to juggle a high volume of multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a timely manner even under pressure
  • Basic level of data analysis and project management skills

Recruitment process:

  • First meeting: You will meet the hiring manager. We want to know who you are, what motivates you. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about Rovio and how the role fits within the TA team.
  • Second round: You will meet our current & former Talent Acquisition Coordinators to discuss how you would handle real-life situations that a coordinator will face. This is also an opportunity for you to learn about the specifics of the role.
  • Final round: You will be invited to meet a Senior TA Partner that you will be partnering with if hired for the role.
