Rooster Teeth is looking for a Merchandising Assistant to support our Merchandising team! This role will assist with product setup across the department, help track and manage samples and photography, and assist with other administrative tasks across the department. You will be responsible for supporting the merchandising and eCommerce teams to ensure products are set up on time, and ensuring samples and photography are delivered to hit product launch dates.

The ideal candidate will be organized and self-motivated. You have experience with administrative tasks and are looking to learn more about the world of merchandising. You have a track record of improving processes, and hitting due dates.

*In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to work and telecommunicate from home, as well as be able to work onsite if/when that becomes an option.*

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain product records across all systems of record
  • Assist with placing purchase orders as needed
  • Request, track, and manage product samples, including communication with vendors as needed
  • Deliver samples to photography teams to ensure photoshoot dates are met
  • Track photography to ensure photos are delivered for launch
  • Assist with placing orders for talent and other company needs
  • Provide additional support to the merchandising and eCommerce team as business needs arise

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years experience in merchandising or other administrative fields
  • eCommerce experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills a must
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute and deliver on time
