Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a talented Digital Project Coordinator to provide support for the International digital marketing efforts. The role would suit a well-rounded marketing graduate with excellent organization, communication and prioritization skills who has a particular interest in digital communications and design.

This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s unique marketing and publishing studio in the heart of London.

WHAT WE DO

  • As part of the wider International Marketing structure, the digital team is responsible for the co-ordination and execution of all International digital content.

  • Work closely with the wider marketing, development, design, localisation and QA teams to co-ordinate International content across website, email, social media, paid media, in-game, first party and owned channels.

  • Ensure absolute consistency across all channels and languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with wider teams to plan and execute all International digital communications.

  • Co-ordinate and manage various ongoing projects across multiple teams whilst ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept updated on progress.

  • Manage approvals between creative and marketing teams.

  • Create, localise, schedule QA and publish a multitude of digital content, ensuring absolute consistency of messaging and approach.

  • Co-ordinate scheduling with other teams to ensure messaging is approved and ready to publish at appropriate times.

  • Organize asset delivery to internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital/marketing/project management, preferably with a multi-language element.

  • Knowledge of and passion for Rockstar Games titles.

  • A love of video games, film, music, and entertainment.

SKILLS

  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience working with CMS systems and/or content publishing tools.

  • Familiarity with/an interest in digital technologies including Photoshop and proficient with MS Office.

  • The ability to remain calm/flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work well within a team and enjoy collaborative working but have the ability to think on their feet and work under their own initiative.

  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Previous experience with Monday or similar Project Management software.

PLUSES

  • Previous experience working on marketing content with a multi-language element.
