As a Workday HCM Program Manager within People Operations, you'll be the business owner of our Workday HCM system and multiple other software applications on HR's behalf. Partnering with our Corporate Engineering team who manages Workday's back-end, integrations, major implementation efforts and updates, you'll represent the HR user community and help prioritize requests for custom reports, fields or back-end data fixes. As a power-user and system administrator, you'll manage security access controls, determine fields and update table values, configure process workflows and run end-user testing. You'll also focus on ensuring/improving data integrity and maximizing technology to help People Operations achieve its operational excellence goals.
You will:
- Support and communicate Workday releases and enhancements and help Roblox maximize the capabilities of HR systems by recommending and implementing new functionality with a goal of supporting operational excellence.
- Manage Workday Security Administration and set up user access with an understanding of how roles and security groups tie together; perform quarterly access audits to ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, making any necessary adjustments.
- Oversee data integrity with regards to accuracy and completeness, implementing processes, audits and audit reports to ensure ongoing data quality efforts. Work with system users and downstream data partners to identify errors and conduct root cause analysis to not only fix them, but prevent them from reoccurring in the future.
- Create feature and custom field or report requests using Roblox's ticketing system and facilitate prioritization.
- Partner with the Roblox Corporate Engineering team. Communicate system changes to the user community.
- Use Workday's advanced reporting dashboards to design standard HR metrics and respond to ad-hoc data requests for basic information.
- Design user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support usage, knowledge transfer and change management programs.

You are:
- Knowledgable about Workday HCM design, structure, functions and processes, with 4+ years of practical Workday system administration experience including responsibility for system configuration, access management, and testing as well as providing user support.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM Advanced Reporting and Workday Business Processes.
- Program management skills applied to technical, cross functional projects, covering the fundamentals of planning, execution, estimation, risk management and stakeholder management.
- Experience with business process best practices and the ability to understand HR concepts and help teams improve operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
