About This Opportunity

As the Social Content Designer/Video Editor, You will create engaging video content and provide marketing support for various initiatives for Developer Relations, Marketing, Product, and more. You’re an editing, story-telling, asset-evaluating, content-creating, problem-solving master. You’re also a natural-born collaborator who is organized beyond belief and works efficiently towards deadlines. You’ve got the technical eye of an industry pro, unafraid to take creative risks regardless of how many years of actual experience.

You Are:

An expert in Adobe Premiere.
Experienced in After Effects and the ability to execute on motion graphic templates as well as other Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder)
Familiar with technical video codecs and design principles
Experienced, with 3-5 years of professional experience at a game developer/publisher, TV studio, production house, or ad agency focusing on trailer or commercial production is preferred
Organized, adhering to workflow standards and process
A creative thinker and problem-solver, comfortable with implementing direction and feedback
In possession of strong visual style and familiar with cinematic composition, color, and lighting as they pertain to motion design and video.
Technically savvy and an understanding of interactive technology
Passionate about games, industry trends, and pop culture
Bonus! Knowledgeable in music theory and audio editing

You Will:

Provide creative video content for a wide range of projects across various company initiatives
Create motion assets for Roblox social media channels
Design cinematic style trailers
Coordinate with design artists to maintain a cohesive brand throughout all media
Maintain and promote high standards for project and asset management
Export final deliverables following the formats and best practices of various media platforms
Source music and sound design
Capture cinematic game content
