You Will:

Partner with our Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Talent & People teams to find great people in the market
Create unique search strategies to identify and attract talent
Develop thoughtful ways to improve on how Roblox recruits talent
Balance providing a high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process with both company partners and candidates while keeping the pipeline active and meeting your hiring goals
Champion the candidate experience, aligning with our Talent Operations Team to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling supported and informed
Collaborate in the development of strategies that influence and attract the right talent to join Roblox
Operate as a Talent Partner through consultation, applying best practices to improve the hiring process
You will report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition

You Have:

3+ years of experience recruiting best-in-market talent
Experience recruiting for Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, Marketing and related functions
Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience with implement creative sourcing strategies
You can understand candidate's motivational factors when it comes to making a career decision.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining operational excellence
You are always looking around the corner for what's coming next. You know what's going on in the market and trends don't surprise you, they excite you
Fresh ideas and creating new ways to attack a problem is your morning coffee (or matcha, or red bull, or lemon water). Doing things the way they have always been done bores you
You understand and embrace that at the end of the day, recruiting is about results. More than that, you like being the part of the team that provides those results, leading by example
