As User Acquisition Manager, Programmatic and Display you’ll manage global advertising campaigns on programmatic and display inventory sources for multiple products. You’ll also work with the game team leads and all of the regional office contacts. Though the team operates on a game, platform, device, and country agnostic level, the concerns of each of those teams are of utmost importance for the health of the games and regions. The data collected by the UA team’s testing will shape the future of Riot’s marketing efforts and help inform creative teams about what resonates with players which in turn supports the sustained life of the games.

You will manage daily performance of global campaigns for multiple products. You’ll explore creative asset results and construct KPI reports for our stakeholders. The UA Team members specialize in specific platforms, but work together to improve our collective knowledge and craft expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end funnel of programmatic/display inventory, which includes integrating and monitoring ad platforms to launch, optimize and report on campaigns
  • Leverage data analytics, multivariate testing, and predictive modeling to inform and develop campaign KPI methodology and optimize on those KPIs
  • Share craft expertise and campaign retros across UA teams, Growth/Publishing and Riot Games to level up Riot's understanding of and execution on UA.

Required Qualifications:

  • Direct experience creating and managing campaigns using Campaign Manager and DV360
  • Digital analytics experience (Singular, Kochava, Adjust, Tune, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and comfortable using platforms to measure efforts; you’re fluent and comfortable talking about technical & analytical business concepts
  • 3+ years managing performance media campaigns with KPIs related to LTV, ROI, and Retention

Desired Qualifications:

  • Direct experience managing desktop and/or mobile game performance campaigns
  • Experience with Tableau, both as an end-user and dashboard creator
