We’re building a new product & publishing team focused on driving and creating Riot moments across our games, community, and sport. In addition to driving these large campaign efforts, we identify opportunities for synergistic cross- portfolio moments act as a small strike force that R&D’s new business capabilities ahead of the launch of new businesses or key projects. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will oversee the Riot brand acting on behalf of players and fans of our IP’s. You will report into the Marketing Lead and ensure all Riot XP plans achieve major goals while maintaining a focus on player resonance. You will develop strategic solutions for activating Riot’s brand through big Riot moments and cross-product promotional projects. You will build partnerships across all Riot products and regions to foster the creation of cohesive holistic experiences on a global scale. This includes developing brand DNA, strategy, and go-to-market that ensures Riot continues to evolve with each big Riot moment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build brand strategies for Riot XP plans and projects
  • Be the Brand Lead on Riot XP projects
  • Develop global brand campaigns that resonate with players and other important audiences
  • Project manage brand programs
  • Be the ambassador of Riot XP plans, ensuring a high-quality bar for long-term holistic experiences
  • Work with versatile marketing teams including creatives, communications, and delivery professionals

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in publishing or marketing experience delivering successful campaigns to customers
  • Experience shaping resonant campaigns for gaming and entertainment audiences in multiple forms of media
  • Experience implementing strategy from creation to realization in market
  • Experience with feedback and collaboration with in-house strategists, creatives, and external agencies/partners
  • Experience managing partners
  • Experience partnering with experts to gather project insights or research and can interpret complex information into marketing insights
  • Experience measuring impact and performance
  • Experience working with product and publishing groups across Riot

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-product, global campaigns both digital and OOH
  • Experience with common marketing analytics platforms or tools
  • Experience working directly with product owners and game developers
  • Working knowledge of general (MBA experience valid) business frameworks (finance and budgeting, operations, project management)
