As a Producer II on the Age Ratings Team, you will act as a project manager for the Age Ratings team by supporting Riot’s upcoming games in preparation for and submission of materials to Age Ratings agencies for approval. Working with several different teams across Riot, you will be the key organizing function to ensure we remain on track and on schedule for launch. Together with a team of dedicated Rioters you will craft awesome player experiences in and around League of Legends and beyond.

Key duties for this job include:

  • Working independently with game team producers, artists, and developers to setup pipeline to ensure content review in line with desired age rating
  • Working across the world with regional publishing and legal to ensure submission process is within local rules and regulations
  • Schedule and lead regular checkup meetings with products to ensure on time delivery of needed assets
  • Review assets for consistency with desired age ratings
  • Working with Age Ratings lead, build-out calendar of work and submissions to ensure on-time delivery of age ratings for launch
  • Perform follow-ups on pending action items with partner teams
  • Maintain accurate summaries of progress and update tasks management systems
  • Coordinate product deliverables
  • Assist in age rating certification process which includes creating detailed gameplay documentation, walkthrough and gameplay videos as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the industry: We’d like a candidate with at least 3 years of junior production experience in production studios, with experience in/knowledge of the age ratings/submissions and compliance space a plus
  • A clear communicator: you convey your thoughts with ease, whether you're writing an email, giving a presentation, talking with senior leaders or individual contributors on a variety of product teams, all while keeping focus across the broad range of audiences we engage
  • Intuitively organized: your emails and calendars are properly sorted and to ensure that you don’t miss a single task, meeting, or newsletter
  • A true problem solver: we take pride in work, and view each new problem as an opportunity for success
  • A self-starter: you can identify the holes in an operation and gain alignment from partners as you take timely action to deliver solutions
  • Team Player: You are able to collaborate and work in multiple team environments. You can pivot if needed to adapt to product team needs, while also ensuring the Age Ratings team timelines and goals are hit.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Video Capture: You are able to capture videos, and are able to edit using a variety of softwares.
  • Specific Technical Knowledge: You have knowledge and the ability to work within tools like JIRA, Airtable, Adobe Suite (specifically Premiere), and the Google Suite
