Riot’s People team exists to help Rioters make better decisions around its talent. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, as an HR Operations Coordinator, you will provide daily administrative support to Riot’s HR Operations team, ensuring exceptional customer service in responding and resolving HR-related questions and issues, manage on-boarding, off-boarding, Rioter life cycle changes, and the governance of employee files and HR records maintenance. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR programs, plans, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Rioters with data entry of new hire information and personnel changes
  • Work on Rioter data transactions within HR systems to include : on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, and payroll
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding experience for Rioters
  • Partner with Riot's Denewb (new hire orientation) team
  • Support I-9 verifications and conduct audits
  • Perform audits to ensure data integrity in HR Systems and information is accurate for processing transactions
  • Process electronic personnel records for all Rioters
  • Resolve and respond to Rioter inquiries by email, case management, and in-person
  • Support employment verifications and unemployment claim inquiries
  • Participate in the review and implementation of process improvements
  • Meet performance and service level metrics for the timeliness, accuracy, and Rioter engagement
  • Perform other related responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
  • 2+ years in HR Operations, or similar HR Coordinator role
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Understanding of the HR lifecycle
  • Background working with HR teams and professionals (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Recruiters)

Desired Qualifications

  • Background operating in an HR Shared Service environment
  • Worked with Google Suite, Greenhouse, Workday, and ADP
  • Experience with Workday and module implementations
