As a Game Producer III for the Experiences Team on Teamfight Tactics, you will lead work across Teamfight Tactics and partner teams to deliver quality around game experiences for players on PC and Mobile. You will develop the team’s roadmap, coordinating all work within the around game space, and ensuring excellence in execution and delivery. You will maintain a clear picture of the delivery status of all around game experiences work, resolve blockers, address risks, and provide TFT leadership with visibility on progress. SPEAR is the initiative that owns Ranked & Around Game experiences on Teamfight Tactics and you will report to the SPEAR Initiative Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery of all work necessary to launch features and content for the Teamfight Tactics around game experience

  • Build and maintain the work schedule for the Experiences team

  • Make progress visible to secure stakeholder confidence, using the right method to match the needs of each stakeholder group and ensure feedback is addressed

  • Manage dependencies to ensure teams aren’t blocked

  • Facilitate prioritization conversations, aligning all parties on tradeoffs to meet project goals where necessary

  • Create, maintain, and improve the processes we use to coordinate work

  • Partner with our external development studio to deliver work that meets Riot’s quality bar

  • Ensure optimal team health, culture, and efficiency

  • Work with your Initiative Delivery Lead on team needs such as staffing, resources, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role in the games industry

  • Experience leading a team to maintain a live service game and ship new features on PC and Mobile

  • Demonstrated success building relationships across a variety of orgs, disciplines, personalities, backgrounds, and goals

  • Experience with iterative development methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and supporting software (e.g. JIRA, Miro, Notion)

  • Experience co-developing features with external development partners

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with a creative discipline in games such as Art or Design

  • Experience working on around game features

  • Experience balancing work between new development and regular updates to a live service

  • Experience working across time zones and languages

  • (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $158,700.00 - $221,700.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
