As a Brand Manager for the VALORANT mobile publishing team, you will report to the Director, Brand Management and lead global publishing projects for the VALORANT brand on the mobile platform.

You will lead teams of creatives, producers, designers, agency partners, and Riot Game teams to create and deploy industry-leading campaigns for VALORANT globally.

Your work will help shape global fan perception of the brand and ensure that our publishing work complements the product in creating an amazing player experience for our players, focusing on mobile best practices, and the magic of blending the art and science of marketing together. You will work with the creative and communications teams in developing brand strategy, campaign planning, campaign management and creative stewardship; with partners globally in performance and optimization strategy, and beyond. You will oversee multiple streams of work creating marketing campaigns that achieve results for VALORANT.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the global performance of the VALORANT brand through overseeing multiple campaigns
  • Develop integrated, cohesive marketing strategy inclusive of brand and comms, and partner deeply with channel partners for social, acquisition and ASO strategies for the VALORANT brand on mobile
  • Lead the creation of high-quality global content and campaigns
  • Partner with the communications and social media teams to provide evergreen content programs
  • Deep product marketing focus, in partnership with the VALORANT mobile development leadership team
  • Partner with insights on research programs and provide analysis that guides global publishing planning
  • Manage brand marketing budgets for owned campaigns, partnering with production to delivering projects on time, and on budget
  • Deep quantitative and qualitative forecasting and analysis to support our mission

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years experience in brand, product marketing or product management
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, product marketing strategy, and alignment to product goals and objectives on a rapid cadence
  • Proven knowledge in scaling live services products on mobile, maintaining a player-focus
  • Mine audience insights to inform future tentpole campaigns and ongoing evergreen efforts to best service our players
  • Expertise across marketing functions (social, UA, etc.) in driving strong alignment toward specific goals aligned to various goalposts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with international teams to meet ongoing KPI targets via supporting local, meaningful campaigns
  • Experience aligning agency and channel partners in delivering specific KPI, brand and product results
  • Proven capabilities in driving change: you know what needs to be done, how to bring people into your party along the way, and beat the end boss
