BLAST Pro Series are looking for a very experienced Technical Production Manager for our esports tournament. As the Technical Production Manager you will assist the Director of Execution and Production in producing our global esports tournament. You will become a part of our fast growing production team that has the task to execute up to nine exciting and extraordinary BLAST events a year - globally.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project manage the production around the BLAST event – the arena show, the broadcast from early pre-production through load out (S & L, stage, connectivity, broadcast, FXs, power, machinery, manpower, frequencies, authorities etc.)
  • Finding and validating local suppliers and manpower (camera techs, extra connectivity techs, spot ops etc.) together with Local Co-producers (LCP) within given budget. Specialists from standing office will help validate any new suppliers.
  • Coordinate all production matters with LCP/local production manager and local suppliers and specialists from the BLAST organisation
  • Create production plans together with LCP and monitor everything goes to plan
  • Onsite execution of the event production
  • Production troubleshooting
  • Quality control
  • Go-to-person for main suppliers and key personnel
  • Support Director of Blast Pro Execution and Production in technical matters and decisions
  • Budget controlling
  • Secure the workflow between the BLAST team and our LCP

Qualifications:

  • Very experienced production person with comprehensive technical knowledge from large scale international events - possibly touring, sporting events, TV shows etc.
  • Good international network within the production and events industry
  • Familiar with project management tools
  • Fluent in written and oral communication in English (required), and possibly Danish
