Resolve

Founded in 2015, Resolve began life as an inclusive Discord community for gamers, offering esports coaching, training and support. In 2020, Resolve expanded into competitive esports and built teams in Europe and North America competing with some of the biggest organisations in the world. In 2021 we were pleased to announce a partnership with Williams Racing as we expanded into Rocket League. #ShowYourResolve

The Role:

• Create graphics to engage our community across social media platforms
• Deliver graphics and mock-ups to sponsors and partners
• Create motion graphic assets for broadcast, production & social media
• Expand our brand through creative graphic design
• Strengthen our social media presence in cooperation with the content team
• Be a part of the planning, execution and evaluation of our graphic design appearances

You:

• Proficient in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant motion graphics software
• Able to manage multiple projects effectively, with the ability to prioritize based on scope and deadlines
• An excellent eye for detail
• Knowledge of esports
• Ability to identify design improvements by trend watching and engagement on social media
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Preferably UK based (EU based applicants will also be considered)
