The Position

  • Participate in internal/client meetings and take detailed notes
  • Assist with the set up and tracking of digital marketing campaigns- Ensure campaigns are pacing according to the media plan by monitoring performance and making changes when necessary
  • Create and monitor media schedules
  • Ensure billing procedures run smoothly
  • Build powerpoint decks
  • Gradually work up to communicating with clients making recommendations by calling out key insights from campaign reports to optimize performance
  • Assist with client-facing campaign reporting: pacing reports, campaign build, ad-hoc analysis, high-touch optimizations, reporting
  • Research industry best practices and provide recommendations
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Your Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros a plus
  • Proactive and organized
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
  • Flexibility to work well with a small team in a creative environment
  • Self-starter mindset
  • Can work around 20 hours per week
