About the role

As a Learning & Education Coordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects as directed by the Learning Partner and People Operations Lead. You will act as the first point of contact for learning and development queries and be responsible for all related administration to both internal and external parties. You will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance of the learning experience/management systems and inbox and learning request processes as well as BAU HR Processes and HR system administration.

Responsibilities will also include supporting the Learning Partner in ensuring the digital development and maintenance of the learning experience systems and learning request processes. Additionally you will be liaising with both external training providers and creating key relationship with other external parties such as universities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing HR inboxes by providing quick and informed responses to all related queries.

  • L&D and HR reporting.

  • Ensuring the launching and completion of employee reviews on the HR system.

  • Training administration and maintaining accurate training records including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that staff required to attend specific workshops and training activities.

  • Managing our annual L&D and DEI training calendars.

  • Developing and maintain productive working relationships with external providers of learning solutions and universities.

  • Researching external training providers and courses relevant to our industry needs.

  • Monitoring and evaluating learning and development activities, producing accurate and up-to-date data analysis.

  • Providing general L&D advice and guidance, escalating queries as required.

  • Supporting the administration for volunteers including recruitment and award events.

  • Digital Learning System and HR System administration.

Requirements

  • Previous background in a coordinator or administrator role.

  • Experience of accurate record keeping.

  • Experience of working with learning experience/management systems.

  • A core understanding of assessing training needs and the training cycle.

  • Experience building relationships with third party providers and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.

  • Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organisational requirements.

  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately.

Desirable

  • Professional qualification in L&D.

  • Experience working within a learning and development/human resources function.
