As the Product Owner of CRM & Internal Tools, you be coordinating the design and development process of our marketing and analytics tools such as emails, email automation tools, performance marketing tools, SMS marketing tools and more. You'll also coordinate the implementation analytics and A/B testing tools and the development of custom dashboards for the needs of various teams. You'll manage designers, developers and QA resources and gather requirements from the marketing and finances team.

Your role is to ensure the cohesive collection and processing of data, helping our teams make informed decision, as well as applying some of that data for performance driven customer interaction on and off our platform. It's a multi-faceted position that will scale to a dedicated CRM or BI tools role with the growth of the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the backlog of all tools related to CRM, performance marketing and marketing automation, emails, landing pages, SMS and more;
  • Ownership of the backlog of custom dashboards - data collection and visualisation;
  • Ownership of the backlog for integration of analytics tools - 3rd party and bespoke ones, including A/B testing and user analytics;
  • Coordination with Marketing regarding requirements for CRM tools, dashboards and data collection;
  • Coordination with Finances, Operations, and BI regarding tools, dashboards and data collection;
  • Coordination with the Design/UX team regarding requirements for tools, dashboards and data collection;
  • Transforming the collected requirements to specifications for the design and engineering teams, turning them into user stories and individual tasks;
  • Running the day to day management of the design, development and QA teams - daily meetings, grooming sessions, retrospectives;
  • Tracking and reporting the team performance, provide input on the product roadmap and ensure the feasibility of all planned CRM and internal tools;
  • Planning and recommending new technologies in collaboration with other teams, in accordance with market trends the product needs.

Job Requirements:

  • The right candidate is senior level, having 5+ years of experience in a related position;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • CRM platform integration experience;
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • BI analytics, research
  • Big data, data warehousing, machine learning
  • A/B testing tools, analytics
  • CRM experience - email, performance marketing
  • Communication with stakeholders, 3rd parties;
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
