Summary:

As the Sr. Sales Manager, Systems B2B, will plan, lead and implement the sales strategy to drive Razer’s gaming laptop success with resellers, distributors, and especially with CDW. This position will develop relationships and collaborate with key customers and channel partners to develop scalable programs for Razer products. You have an unbridled passion for gaming, the Razer brand, and Razer laptops. You have a proven record of creating and fostering strategic channel partnerships, organizing, and leading all aspects of the sales cycle internally and externally. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the region’s laptops sales targets with CDW, and with other B2B Resellers.
  • Partner with Distributors’ B2B salesforces to aggressively grow revenue.
  • Initiate, execute, and manage sales, marketing, and SPIF programs at Distributors and B2B Customers.
  • Solicit and respond to bid opportunities via B2B Resellers, Distribution, Razer.com, and directly.
  • Ensure most recent assortment is setup at B2B Resellers and Distributors.
  • Expand partnership and program opportunities with B2B Resellers and Distributors.
  • Travel required up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management at a manufacture selling into CDW.
  • Must have extensive experience and relationships with CDW and working directly with CDW Sales Reps to prospect for and close deals.
  • Experience and relationships with other B2B accounts and other driving B2B sales via Distributors.
  • Ability to execute marketing and sales programs via B2B Resellers and Distribution.
  • Earned consistent accolades from channel buyers for proactiveness, business approach, thought leadership, collaborative style, and growth.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with both internal and externals parties.
  • An established record of meeting or exceeding goals, establishing deep and valuable channel relationships and representing the brand positively.
  • Experience in PC Gaming Systems (laptops) and Premium PC Systems highly preferred.
