Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manger to be part of the global Information Security (InfoSec) team. As part of the new unit, you will have the opportunity to work with internal business/ technology leaders and vendors in protecting the Razer’s information assets.

  • Assist in the development of security strategies, budgets and frameworks/policies
  • Partner with Legal, compliance and engineering teams to make sure all stakeholders are aligned with the InfoSec mission, initiatives and policies
  • Establish and manage the day-to-day security detection and monitoring processes with the managed security service provider (MSSP)
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in the containment of and response to breaches, including threat hunting
  • Lead and involve in investigations of and post-mortems for security related incidents
  • Establish and lead the security operations, vulnerability management program and pen-test efforts
  • Drive the remediation process, ensure closure within SLAs, and perform risk acceptance
  • Present regular security operations statistics and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and implement security solutions
  • Lead and manage the implementation of InfoSec initiatives
  • Provide security advisory and training to end users as needed
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager

Pre-Requisites :

  • Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security with at least 7 years of information security operations and managing and mentoring people
  • Candidates with additional experience will be considered for the senior manager position
  • Experience in vulnerability management and security incident response
  • Familiar with security tools (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing)
  • Good knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud platform, Active Directory and Linux
  • Experience in security analytics, correlation, tuning, analysing and investigating alerts from multiple security tools (e.g., Windows, AWS CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Firewall logs)
  • Possess at least one of the following information security qualifications: CISSP, CREST or GPEN
  • Ability to develop solutions and use tools to help discover and mitigate security vulnerabilities
  • Good working knowledge of security risk and governance frameworks (NIST or ISO2700), compliance frameworks (GDPR or CCPA) and Technology Risk Management Frameworks (MAS TRM or Bank Negara Malaysia)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset, open-minded and adaptable for a change fast-paced environment
  • A strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail

Good to have:

  • Experience in an end-user environment
  • DevSecOps (CI/CD) knowledge
