Job Responsibilities
This 9 month Payments & Fraud Specialist traineeship position reports to the Payments and Fraud manager and interfaces with cross functional teams such as finance, technical and operations. The trainee will be involved in:
- Work closely with Razer’s partners for finance related communications and invoicing needs.
- Manage Razer’s online services reports reconciliation with internal teams on a regular basis.
- Compile service reports for internal stakeholders when required.
- Investigate and provide swift resolution for payment and fraud-related inquiries.
- Complete chargeback investigation and ensure prompt, accurate resolution
You will learn:
- Knowledge of global payment trends Knowledge of global payment trends
- Pick up data retrieval skills such as SQL for data analysis and fraud investigation
- Payment fraud investigation and chargeback resolution
- Stakeholder management - Preparation and presentation of performance and business reports to stakeholders
Pre-Requisites
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
