Job Responsibilities

This 9 month Payments & Fraud Specialist traineeship position reports to the Payments and Fraud manager and interfaces with cross functional teams such as finance, technical and operations. The trainee will be involved in:

  • Work closely with Razer’s partners for finance related communications and invoicing needs.
  • Manage Razer’s online services reports reconciliation with internal teams on a regular basis.
  • Compile service reports for internal stakeholders when required.
  • Investigate and provide swift resolution for payment and fraud-related inquiries.
  • Complete chargeback investigation and ensure prompt, accurate resolution

You will learn:

  • Knowledge of global payment trends Knowledge of global payment trends
  • Pick up data retrieval skills such as SQL for data analysis and fraud investigation
  • Payment fraud investigation and chargeback resolution
  • Stakeholder management - Preparation and presentation of performance and business reports to stakeholders

Pre-Requisites

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
