Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and execution of regional marketing strategies as well as overseeing and managing the daily activities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization
  • Manage communication, workflow and priorities of marketing, retail and community team
  • Work closely with supporting teams regionally and globally to localize or develop campaign assets
  • Management and tracking of Marketing budgets, identification of ROI, and execution of Marketing programs within budget
  • Support development of department budgets for Retail, Brand, etc.
  • Direct Razer involvement in various co-marketing activities including coordinating business and marketing development with external companies such as distributors, agencies, and partners
  • Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity

Your experience:

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience within the fashion industry
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry including spotting trends, market demands and digital marketing for fashion
  • Good to have: Understanding of gamer mindset, esports and the gaming and consumer electronics industry
  • Well versed in all marketing terminology and best practices
  • Willing to travel and work in a multi-national team of professionals
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
