Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a passionate Lead Product Manager with a strategic vision to manage the full publishing cycle of MOBILE games in Brazil and LATAM. This person will be responsible for integrating developers, marketing, operations, and technology, managing a dedicated Product team, and ensuring that every published title reaches its maximum market potential and engagement in the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the game publishing strategy, from initial market evaluation through launch and post-launch optimization with a focus on Brazil market dynamics.

  • Lead go-to-market planning, including regional pricing adapted to Brazil's economic landscape, positioning, release timing around local windows, and performance targets.

  • Own and report on key performance metrics (ARPU, MAU, NRU, D1/D7/D30 retention, conversion, LTV) and drive data-informed improvements on a regular cadence.

  • Translate insights on Brazilian and LATAM player behavior, cultural preferences, and spending patterns into product decisions and feature development priorities.Β 

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, community, customer support, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery of product goals and launch milestones.

  • Manage relationships with developers and external partners, owning expectations, timelines, and deliverables from contract through post-launch.Β 

  • Oversee platform operations, including submissions, updates, feature placements, and compliance for the App Store and Google Play in Brazil and key LATAM markets.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis across Brazil and LATAM to identify trends, white-space opportunities, and emerging player behaviors before they peak.

  • Act as the internal voice of the product, keeping leadership and key stakeholders aligned on publishing priorities, regional risks, and market context.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or game publishing within the gaming industry (mobile games required)

  • Proven experience launching or managing mobile games in Brazil and/or LATAM markets

  • Deep understanding of regional player behavior, free-to-play monetization strategies, and LATAM market trends

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and user behavior data and drive actionable insights

  • Hands-on experience with LiveOps and post-launch optimization

  • Experience managing App Store and Google Play publishing processes

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data.ai, Sensor Tower) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Monday)

  • Demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management experience

  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams

  • Active gamer with a strong understanding of gaming culture and player expectations

  • Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to work in-office in SΓ£o Paulo
