Job Responsibilities

As the Global Brand and Marketing Manager, you will report to the CMO and be the brand guardian to ensure consistency in terms of brand image and support the global/regional teams with consumer research, insights, tools and processes so that they can execute with excellence. You will also be responsible for planning, developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives and programs across all of Razers Global Business Units and Regions. This includes designing, implementing and monitoring effective marketing strategies that align with Razers vision and goals.

  • Evolution of the global brand strategy for the Razer brand and to ensure the regional marketing teams are aligned with the global brand strategy.
  • Conceptualizing, planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives and programs while working closely with and influencing marketing counterparts across the globe.
  • Be the custodian of user insights and research that will drive critical thinking and strategies across products and marketing functions.
  • Identify key business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities through in depth understanding of product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive trends.
  • Thought leadership in assessing existing marketing programs for continual improvement, while also conceptualizing new and creative initiatives to further drive business impact.
  • Regularly review data and insights to keep the business and marketing org up to date with market trends and initiatives to ensure our initiatives are relevant and competitive.

Pre-Requisites

  • 10+ years of brand and marketing experience in comparable industries.
  • Proven work experience across multiple marketing specialities, with a strong bend towards brand management and ownership.
  • Strong ability to develop business cases and communicate succinctly its value propositions to a broad group of leaders including executive staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing, developing and motivating people from diverse backgrounds; able to lead cross-functional global business teams.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience managing complex marketing programs as well as brand globally.
  • Data-driven mindset to ensure measurable impact in everything you do.
  • If you are gamer, pro or casual is a plus, but you should be extremely curious and have an unstoppable passion about the gaming industry.
  • Able to work in highly complex situations and matrix organizations to drive effective results.
  • Project management skills should be of the highest order
  • Embrace and take advantage in high performance working environment, empowering your team with creativity and ownership to drive results.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in English is a must.
