The Director of Sales & Merchandising, will lead the Merchandising team to drive sales revenue growth and profits across product categories, within Razer.com (Direct to Consumer) through data driven insights, successful digital activations and excellent consumer experience.

This role is also responsible for tracking and driving Razer.com sales, inclusive of baseline monthly revenue and campaign executions, to ensure success. This includes engaging with key stakeholders and regions to strategize all business aspects of global product merchandising planning, business development, end-to-end process optimization to drive profitable sales growth and operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform, Razer.com to grow and drive sales through strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders (Regions, Product Business Units, Operations etc.) secure support, commitment and investment to plans / initiatives
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of and thought leadership in ecommerce landscape, business management, product & online channel strategy to build strategic plans, including key strategic initiatives & operating plans with clear goals, execution plan and metrics, to drive Razer.com differentiation and growth
  • Drive value added services identification and supporting them to execution and incubation to drive best in class customer experience
  • Run regular checks on Razer.com merchandising to ensure optimal user journey and brand compliance
  • Deliver interim and final reports on partner performance, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Support planning & implementation of global campaigns for Razer.com with stakeholders
  • Directs the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization
  • Builds and plans for an organization of continuous process improvement

Pre-Requisites:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in D2C eCommerce business, particularly in driving categories sales and strategies
  • Track record of achieving revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals
  • Experience in managing a global D2C business including demand/supply planning, D2C order fulfilment, customer service, returns policies etc
  • Experience with global eCommerce platforms (e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud, IBM Websphere) and Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
