Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Industrial Designers supporting the Peripherals and Systems product lines
• Lead the development of the creative vision and strategies for the company’s industrial design across peripheral product families and have leadership responsibilities in all aspects of design management
• Conceptualize new products and product line extensions
• Design development from initial concept to on-going product support
• Refine and detail ideas, develop 3D data and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent
• Assist in the research and identification of consumer insight and need gaps and lead the development of new innovative solutions to address those gaps
• Analyze trends for global markets and report findings to new product development teams
• Review all design work and creative solutions specific to assigned area of focus to ensure consistency and quality meets all Razer Brand Design standards

Your Skills:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience and a Degree in Industrial Design, preferably in consumer products
• Exceptional application of design skills including high-level concept development
• Experience in branding with proven ability to incorporate marketing principles in design
• Knowledge of prototyping and manufacturing processes
• Ability to deliver design data to engineering, manufacturing, etc.
• Understanding of trends and technology
• Demonstrated leadership capability including ability to manage, lead and inspire a team of designers
• Experience directing multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines
