Job Responsibilities

As the Razer.com Digital Marketing Operations Specialist under the Shopper Marketing & Optimisation team, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in how we should run effective promotions at Razer.com. Through a test and learn approach, you will plan and lead on-site full funnel promotional programs that fit the Razer’s brand aesthetics and help meet our business goals. You help give guidance and direct 4Ps (Price, Place, Product and Promotion) programs in direct to customer (D2C) channels. Your main responsibilities lie in fine tuning the appropriate levers: the right product mix at the right price with the right promotions to drive incremental weekly revenue.

  • Lead promotional programs for all product categories on Razer.com that target specific customer segments.
  • Work with the Site Operations and Enhancements Team and Web Content Operations Team on the way products should be promoted from landing pages to checkout.
  • Drive brand experiences online to grow awareness and consideration to achieve set business metrics, including customer loyalty and mindshare.
  • Assist and give guidance to the category merchandising managers in the way products should be promoted on a category level, including EOL products, to meet the needs of our customers and be a contributor to continuous category revenue growth year-on-year.
  • Continually manage and update promotions on the website with agency partners and vendors to optimise product sales during promotional period.
  • Plan & strategise promotional landing pages with the right product mix assortment to optimise funnel for incremental revenue and increase conversion rate.
  • Ensure promotional propositions are on brand, speak to specific customer segment needs and meet the needs of our sales efforts.
  • Maintain a calendar of seasonal and ongoing promotions with the Content Marketer.
  • Automate operational processes and manage agency for operational work.
  • Report on the impact and learnings of promotional programs including the effectiveness of each program and its impact on top line and bottom line.
  • Oversee the testing of new ideas.
  • Analyse, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base for a promotions and propositions playbook with best practices.
